it was tchers' day celebration day + aces day (which was soo..ugh) then we were relased at 9.30am lor. cooll..but thing is..we had to go back to amk..so yeah. saw the teachers lor. basically soe hihi bb stuff..nth much. glad to see many frens ard. missed them so much! & some changed a lot. dyed hair. rebonded hair. sexy clothing. LOL no lar..but quite diff. guess poly life so much more free then us. then we were talkg abt uniforms in jc & stuff w ms karim. she looked the same la. the band juniors were all so..unfamiliar. guess me didnt see them for some time. went ard hugging pple. 'cause missed them so much!!

The Starfish Story
adapted from The Star Thrower by Loren Eiseley 1907 - 1977
Once upon a time, there was a wise man who used to go to the ocean to do his writing. He had a habit of walking on the beach before he began his work.
One day, as he was walking along the shore, he looked down the beach and saw a human figure moving like a dancer. He smiled to himself at the thought of someone who would dance to the day, and so, he walked faster to catch up.
As he got closer, he noticed that the figure was that of a young man, and that what he was doing was not dancing at all. The young man was reaching down to the shore, picking up small objects, and throwing them into the ocean.
He came closer still and called out "Good morning! May I ask what it is that you are doing?"
The young man paused, looked up, and replied "Throwing starfish into the ocean."
"I must ask, then, why are you throwing starfish into the ocean?" asked the somewhat startled wise man.To this, the young man replied, "The sun is up and the tide is going out. If I don't throw them in, they'll die."
Upon hearing this, the wise man commented, "But, young man, do you not realize that there are miles and miles of beach and there are starfish all along every mile? You can't possibly make a difference!"
At this, the young man bent down, picked up yet another starfish, and threw it into the ocean. As it met the water, he said, "It made a difference for that one."

tt guy repairing the aircon tripped the whole house. sudd evrything disappeared. includg my blog post & my proposal..unsaved! mmm..then the mouse didnt want to move. so i had to restart the comp while doing my proposal on the other comp (it doesnt have net connection lar)...then acc printed it ouT! but ehh...hope its still ok.
anyways...i just bought sports shoes yest! *jumps ard for joy* didnt think tt dad actually bought it..its kinda expensive. YAY! *beams* now dun say it can be easily dirtied.. i heard tt a lot of times liao. tt pt i knw. so dun u dare step on my shoes arhh! -glares
yepp..just now i was typing they were still havg the paper 1 i think..so now shld be Paper 2 le bahh..jia you arhh... :)
PW is finally more or less settled. THANK GOD. we were all so stressed out over doing it. hope u we can improve more on it next time la..goodness. still havg pw is nt tt impt to skip sectionals. thurs i was rushing to pw then rushed back for clar sect. pheww. it was rather weird tt day. pple were frustrated (cy) & irritated.(me) hope shes feeling better..i think so bah. next time try to eat more regular meals alright? dun end up like me..gastric's a terrible prob.
