wanted to post about something, but it slipped my mind again. ._.
yesterday (sunday) we had steamboat lunch at my sis's new place! :)
went shopping on saturday, so i stayed over at her house that night. (felt bad about taking the bed though, and letting bro-in-law be the living-room captain) couldnt really sleep that night. went to bed at 2plus, woke up at 7plus cos it was too bright & i cant close my eyes comfortably anymore.
saturday
ooh, bought quite alot! JL sale was good!
got underwear & mascara! (my favourite kind. lol.)
walked around heerens while waiting for sis to arrive and saw many nice stuff. :) tried on sth nice, but too exp la. :\ later on when i met sis, i bought a white tube too. haha. the train ride home was painfully slow, esp from orch to woodlands. and had to stand all the way till 2 stops before we alighted. zz. too much walking isnt good. (considering we walked a long stretch shopping before heading to robinsons -for nothing, cos sis didnt buy the stuff in the end-)
which reminds me of...HAHAHA. im shy to mention it.
but..NOT BAD LAH. NOT BAD AT ALL. whoops.
did i mention i love my outfit i wore on saturday?
blue tank with a brooch (a red heart with black polka dotted ribbons poking out) & jeans. paired with my fossil watch & red polka dottie bag. & with my shoes (which were black and white and ribbony and almost polka dotted) too matchy-match? but they were very small details i think you wouldnt notice i was wearing polka dots from head to toe. HOHOHO. took a pic. shall post it up one day. if i rmb.

mummy loves her polka dots too. (she says i copycat her. hoho) 2nd sis too i think, guess this is genetic? speaking of which, i think i have bag-holic & shoes-holic blood in me after all. so that confirms our family relations. hoho.
sunday
cousins and my aunt & grandma came, along with my cousin's 4 children. the baby (named madge, pronounced as mayd-ge)is so cute! (2nd sis said she looked like a cabbage patch kid) hmm, i say, cuter than that la! & i hrd she's overweight (altho she's only 5mths old)i took some pics! but i dont think i'll post it up here. they were really excited about the pool too. :)

; a day out with 94
was out with 94 the whole of yesterday.
hmm. was late (as usual) haha. i was distracted by the tv, i think.
we went to register for jap lessons. almost got lost, but the map helped us. haha. 94 was right in turning back and walking towards shaw.
after that we went to shaw for lunch at subway & to catch SATC. not too bad. was quite funny at some parts. and as for other parts..there's a reason why its rated m18. i suddenly remembered having to leave the cinema for a bit cos my right lens dropped off after i yawned. (i realised it after my right eye vision went blur & i touched my eyes to find my lens) haha. it was funny! i was at the toilet trying to put it back in, kinda paiseh when everyone's walking out of the cubicles. but i think no one really noticed me. so there. HAHA. for a moment i thought the uncle wanted to stop me from entering the cinema again. but i think he recognised me? hmm..
went shopping at FEP after the show ended. think we went a lil mad. haha. got myself a pair of dark blue peeptoes. and after that i saw this absolutely lovely pair of yellow peeptoes (again. but i swear its different!!) the colour's really special. i like~ and its sort of like a wedge. dun really know how to describe it. maybe i'll go back to buy it. too bad i cant refund the prev pair. but its nice too lah.
mmmmh. anyway, we went on to try some clothes at some shop. pj-inspired, i say. haha! the pic's at 94's page. we both agreed that we both look bad. hurhur. 94 bought the lighter coloured blue she tried. i thought the darker one (that i tried) was nicer. haha but its nice too. so yay. (note to self: still have not thought of any shoes to match her dress) we walked around for some belts but didnt find anything. and then we went to this shop selling denim jeans shorts and skirts. HAHA. the shopkeeper kept persuading us to buy but since we dont usually buy skirts, we dont know if the price was ok. so we tried to bargain. BUT they're quite a stubborn lot. we did buy it in the end.
and erm..shimin, chong, if you're reading this. i believe its the exact same skirt i bought that you two have. was quite apprehensive but the shopkeeper kept saying its not as if we will wear it all together..oops..but 3 of us. i think maybe we will. (i dont mind that, hope you girls dont.) and i wear a 27 for that matter. so..IM NOT THAT SKINNY!

i still think im going back to buy those shoes. haha.

saturday was quite eventful.
it was a wet morning and i had arranged to meet mel since she was free. had to rush over to PP after meeting her because i needed to trim my hair (for a wedding dinner i was attending yesterday night) the guy hairstylist is pretty interesting. i prefer grace to cut my hair, but since he offered to, i took a chance. didn't want mum to complain that waiting for grace was too long. anyway, he was quite thoughtful, reminded me to put conditioner at the hair tips instead of the roots cos my hair tends to be oily. (i thought it was more giam than oily.) haha. pretend you didn't read that. it's kinda gross eh. hurhur. washed my hair twice, checked the length and everything alot of times. too thoughtful? dont know la. erm. he even adjusted my tank top. eek.
the dinner wasn't as good as expected. not a big fan, but it was decent. esp the dessert buffet. it was wayyy to sweet! :( altho there were 7 dishes, i felt quite full. the bride and groom had a lot of fun. i thought it was quite entertaining. haha. have included some pics below :)

dessert! the yellowish stuff is actually white chocolate, and the brownish part is milk chocolate. too sweet for my liking. :( the strawberries were sour though and they balanced out the sweetness a wee wee bit.
not many pics to add since the rest were...uh..haha.
nice outing out anyway. yeap.
ps. went out today & my index finger on my right hand was grabbed and buffed. -.- some foreign looking guy at a pushcart outside top-shop looked as if he was lost and I STOPPED COS I THOUGHT he was asking for directions! crap. guess what?
he asked me a qn, "are you wearing fake nails or are they real?"
MAN. i was tricked into stopping for him! then he asked for my name and proceeded to buff my nail. apparently it lasts for a month. (SO. if u only see one buffed nail on my ten fingers, you know what happened. darn.) i hurriedly left and said thank you when he wanted to show me sth else. zz. he even asked why i was looking sad while he was still buffing my nail. (duh, i was thinking of how to escape his sudden 'attack') i got a buffed finger now. thats kinda a benefit? but why didnt he buff all? not sure if i wanted it. he looks scary, in a way. oh yea, he called it 'magic'. zz. its just a block that buffs nails?! even though i dun buff nails, i know how it looks like. ._.
maybe i should get a block for myself. my nail looks good...but im not buying from him. it's scary! be wary, girls, when u're in wisma.

I feel like I've been living under a rock for some time. So much so that I can't adjust to the time I used to hit the sack at. (around 11+ to 1am) Nowadays, I can lie on the bed till 3 am and don't feel tired. Or is it an indication that I've not been active all day? I think it's the latter.
Anyway, exams are over. Had my last paper on the 4th of june. The reality didnt set in quite as fast as I thought it would be. But it's good, definitely, now that it's over..
Hmm many things I would like to do.
Think I'll only compile a list when I'm settled down at my desk. My room's pretty messy, and the aircon died on me several times. So I guess it's gone mad too. haha. Maybe that's why I couldnt get to sleep.
Oh yes. The YYG gang & xiaoming (with the exception of bao) went kboxing yesterday. It was good fun, although I felt quite paiseh over my inability of belting out songs (due to my limited range & limited library of chinese songs). The rest probably noticed that. OOPS.
Grace was funny. She picked those songs from Angela & Stef Sun which are a little sad, a little slow. Then after that, she went wild picking out those oldies. Yeah, really old ones. HAHA like stupid cupid and all.. But it was fun! I think yanru & xm were just stunned to see yt, grace and i dancing. (but hey, it's so boring to sing a fun song seated yeah??) retro moves are def back. HAHA! Grace even had a lil Stef Sun concert moment, when she asked yt to video her singing. hurhur. it's in her blog now, btw. (; Xiaoming is just a PRO singing canto songs and chinese songs. I think she can come up with an album with her standard alr..yum. Yanru and I went shopping at Diva & Chomel after they left. Walked to suntec for dinner. 拉面! but i didnt have that. got some beef thingy with some noodles. I thought it was quite nice. Don't really want to have spicy stuff at night. Heh.
Tried to wake up earlier this morning, but I didnt. Kind of expecting that. I did find the time (& sun) to handwash my clothes. But it seems that whenever I'm done washing, the weather opposes me. It's been cloudy all day, and my clothes are still wet after 4 hours outside. zz. OH well. They'll dry eventually.
I'm thinking of abandoning this blog & switching over for good. But I'm not sure. This has been with me for so long. Maybe all I need is a skin change. For those who are interested to know more, feel free to ask. Maybe I'll give you a new address.
